Event price is $6,800.00 for May through October 2025, this includes three day access to the venue.
A $2,000.00 non-refundable down payment books your date. The remaining rental fee, certificate of insurance, and $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to your event.

Our historical home and farm were established in 1875 by the Weddle family. River Bell Farm has a territorial view of neighboring farmland and the Cascade Foothills.
The River Bell Farm Event Venue includes use of:
- 4 beautiful outdoor ceremony/reception sites to choose from
- Catering prep kitchen (refrigerator, sink, counter)
- 30 wood farm tables (measuring 7.5′) and 275 white wood folding chairs
- Groom’s room in the barn and Bride’s room in the house
- Benches, Pews, bars, wooden spools
River Bell Farm can accommodate up to 300 people for outdoor events and up to 200 people for indoor events. Upstairs of the barn makes a wonderful ceremony space with high ceilings filled with cafe lights and dramatic drape from the rafters.

This is our 3-day rental package! You get the venue from Friday to Sunday to prep, decorate, celebrate and clean up!

Planning a one day celebration? We’d be honored to host your wedding for 10 hours on the Friday or Sunday of your choice!

Midweek Special
This is for any of your smaller to more intimate festivity needs, for a guest list of 90 or less. This is a weekday rental, you rent 1 day of your choice from Monday to Thursday.

An Evening Affair
If you are simply looking to host a beautiful dinner party or event, we offer a 3 hour rental for parties of 40-50 guests. This is a weekday evening rental! You may choose to rent from Monday – Thursday 4 pm to 10 pm.
